“If your dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough.”
– Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the first woman to be elected head of state of an African country
I’ve taught people to skydive, trained volunteers at a tiger rescue sanctuary, and helped aspiring lawyers gain admission to top law schools. I coach leaders who dream of building a healthier, happier world where all of us have the opportunity to thrive and succeed. I help people bring their dreams into reality.
Maybe you’re thinking, “I have some big dreams. I know I’ll have to take big chances to bring those dreams to life. That scares the heck out of me.”
That’s an exciting place to be, isn’t it?
Let’s plan your next steps.
Do you know anyone who is extremely happy and fulfilled? Someone who seems to be truly enjoying life? Would you describe them as “successful?”
Maybe that depends on how you define success.
I’ve helped people change careers, start new businesses, grow their existing businesses, and become more effective leaders. Does building a lucrative career or owning a thriving business make someone successful? Lots of people would say yes, it does.
Do those things make people happy? Maybe yes, maybe no.
People who feel truly happy and fulfilled are often people who focus on others. They build strong connections with other people. They use their skills, talents, and abilities to help others thrive and succeed.
My dream is to coach people who include that in their definition of success.
